Gail Lidinsky had never forgotten a conversation that she and I had more than a year ago: "I'd consider selling my home in a lovely country club community, for the opportunity to 'downsize' into a condonminium near downtown Sarasota," I had said to Gail. I forgot that conversation; but, not Gail! Out-of-the blue, Gail called me after 12 months and asked, "Would you still consider selling your home?" Within hours she brought two prospective buyers, and before I knew it, my home was under contract to sell! No formal listing... no open houses... no trauma! What's more, I love the people who bought my house! Gail knew her prospective clients, she remembered my vague interest in selling, and she defeintely knows the market. Within a few short weeks we closed on the sale, and I'm now moving-on to a new condominium in a downtown-area. "Bravo" Gail!!
