I would highly recommend Gail if you're looking for realtor to help either buying or selling a house. Gail is super responsive, I would get her feedback within minutes. I'm a first time buyer and Gail was very patient, taking me to numerous homes, answering all my questions, going thru inspection report line by line. She always stay on top of everything, keeping real time communication with seller agent, lender, escrow officer. After purchasing the house, she constantly check in and ask if any help is needed. It was very fortunate for me to have her as my agent and will definitely go to her for all future real estate needs.

Gail is a terrific agent. I have not lived in the Santa Barbara area for 20 years, so when it came time to sell my condo, I needed an agent who act on my behalf at a distance. Gail was very helpful in gauging the local market and helped me establish a sale price that was appropriate for the property. She worked closely with my property manager to prepare my unit for sale (painting and refurbishing) and quickly and accurately processed the bids I received on the unit. Gail is an honest agent, willing to tell you how it is. She knows the area very well and not only helped us rent a place, she helped us both buy and sell our home in Carpinteria.
