Gail is knowledgeable about local area. Giving us the opportunity to make an appointment to check the available houses. She helps us to understand the rules through the process and indicate lots of area during home inspection. We were able to catch multiple roof leaks with existing water soaked floor evidence during final walk through which the sellers did not tell us about it. This helps us to understand the house conditions. Although there were some difficulties to get the sellers agent feedback, Gail is always on top of the issues. No matter how early or how late, she always gets back to us quickly. I recommend her for your realtor agent.
