Gabrielle has helped my wife and I purchase 2 homes in the last 2 years, and there's no way I would ever look for another agent! There's dozens of reasons why we have loved our experience with her, but the main 3 reasons is her WISDOM, her CARE and her STRONG ADVOCACY for her clients. Her WISDOM - Buying a home is such a stressful process with so many money pits that you could mistakenly fall into, but Gabrielle has so much wisdom from her decades of experience that she has steered us clear of any mistakes that home buyers could make. Her CARE - There are plenty of agents out there that are just looking to make the biggest and/or easiest commission possible, and they treat people that way, but not Gabrielle! She was not only patient with us as we wavered on what type of house we wanted, she was honest and caring enough toward us to offer feedback and perspectives that prevented us from settling on a house that would not have made us happy. It's just been nice to have an agent that we can FULLY TRUST. On top of her care shown towards us during the home-buying process, she's even been available to assist us post-purchase with some real estate related questions that I've had for her. Her STRONG ADVOCACY - As previously mentioned, Gabrielle handled her communication with us with so much care and consideration. As nice as that is, the last thing you want is an agent who is soft or lacks assertiveness in negotiations that can benefit you in the home-buying process. Thankfully Gabrielle is so professional, assertive and direct in her advocacy for the requests and the best interests of her clients. I was always blown away by the unexpected accommodations she was able to negotiate for us - it really is a rare skill that she has! I'm serious when I say, Gabrielle Mason is the greatest realtor you could ask for.
