Gabrielle spent HOURS with my husband and I over the course of a weekend to help us find the perfect home for our family. We were moving from out of state and crunched for time. Gabrielle previewed the houses before we got in town to help us focus our attention on homes that were the most aligned with what we wanted. We found our house in a weekend, and the buying process was smooth. Once we closed, Gabrielle continued to help us out by stopping by our house to check on it since we had not moved in yet and were still out of state, including helping us navigate a busted water pipe!! Gabrielle has helped my wife and I purchase 2 homes in the last 2 years, and there's no way I would ever look for another agent! Her STRONG ADVOCACY - As previously mentioned, Gabrielle handled her communication with us with so much care and consideration. As nice as that is, the last thing you want is an agent who is soft or lacks assertiveness in negotiations that can benefit you in the home-buying process. Thankfully Gabrielle is so professional, assertive and direct in her advocacy for the requests and the best interests of her clients.
