We are so happy that we worked with Gabby Sandy to purchase our new home in Arizona. We were an out of state buyer living in MI and buying in AZ. We were especially dependent on our realtor. Gabby was very organized on our home search. Her negotiation skills we superb during the purchase agreement phase. She provided excellent communication and follow-up during the inspection and correction phase. She was there on our behalf for the final walk through prior to close. From beginning to end she communicated and performed and never once let us down. We knew that the realtor was critical to receiving a good outcome on the purchase. Gabby Sandy is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, organized and provides excellent communication.
