Frederique answered our questions right away day and night and never made us feel silly or stupid for asking. As first-time buyers, we didn't know what to do (or expect) and she was able to guide us through the whole process from start to finish. We found a couple things on our own and asked for feedback, which she gave readily and honestly, and in a couple cases Frederique was able to refer us to folks she's worked with before. As stressful as the process was, my wife and I are really glad that we had Frederique to help us navigate it! She is sharp, she is helpful, she is communicative, and she is consistent - all great qualities to have in anybody, but I should think especially great in a realtor.
