Frederique answered our questions right away day and night and never made us feel silly or stupid for asking. As first-time buyers, we didn't know what to do (or expect) and she was able to guide us through the whole process from start to finish. We found a couple things on our own and asked for feedback, which she gave readily and honestly, and in a couple cases Frederique was able to refer us to folks she's worked with before. As stressful as the process was, my wife and I are really glad that we had Frederique to help us navigate it! She is sharp, she is helpful, she is communicative, and she is consistent - all great qualities to have in anybody, but I should think especially great in a realtor. If/when we need to buy (or sell, I guess) in the future, we'll be giving Frederique a call!
Frederique was referred to us by a friend and we will now be referring her to our friends & family. She was always responsive (no matter what time or day). I never had to remind her to do anything. She always did what she said she was going to do. Was always flexible & accommodating for us. Most importantly she did it all with a polite and kind attitude. It took us about 6 months to finally find the right house (after countless showings) and she always felt patient and understanding. I know she really cared about us finding what was right for us… and we did! I LOVE the house we bought and appreciate how seamless the whole process was.
