He attended every showing and was always available whenever needed to open up the house or meet any contractors, workers, etc. He was always proactive and on top of every detail throughout the entire selling process. With the first meeting with Fred I felt extremely comfortable. He explained everything that it was necessary for me to know. He supplied everything I needed to work toward my move. Fred suggested that we remove a wall in order to open up the look. This made our house look more like the new houses being sold and I believe that was the reason we got the price that we wanted. He recommended the person to do this and he was great. He also removed two other major pieces of wall cabinets. Because of Fred and Carly we reached a contract in 10 days.
