Fred is a very experienced real estate agent and extremely knowledgeable with the local area and market. Not being near by and not familiar with local resources, Fred was always on top of things and extremely helpful in making contacts and getting things done. Fred's communication throughout the whole process was exceptional as he was always prompt to answer my calls or texts and answer any questions I had. He attended every showing and was always available whenever needed to open up the house or meet any contractors, workers, etc. He was always proactive and on top of every detail throughout the entire selling process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Fred is professional, polite and simply a pleasant person! With the first meeting with Fred I felt extremely comfortable. He explained everything that it was necessary for me to know. He supplied everything I needed to work toward my move. Fred suggested that we remove a wall in order to open up the look. This made our house look more like the new houses being sold and I believe that was the reason we got the price that we wanted. He recommended the person to do this and he was great. He also removed two other major pieces of wall cabinets. Because of Fred and Carly we reached a contract in 10 days.
