We have no words to describe all the help Fred has given us in the process of selling our home! We were just beginning the process of selling the house when the Corona-virus broke out. Home sales started to freeze, the future looked uncertain and we were puzzled like everybody else. When we understood that air travel may be stopped we feared that we would not be able to leave the US in case of an emergency and decided to leave the house as is, with all of our belongings and quickly fly abroad to be with the rest of our family and support our elderly parents. Once it appeared that Covid19 would not disappear quickly and that we could not return to the US in the near future, we decided to try to sell the house remotely and with the help of a friend, managed to clear our belongings out of the house. At this point Fred came into the picture. He went in, checked the house and gave us a long "to do" list of the things that needed to be done to prepare the house for selling. He found professionals to do these jobs at a reasonable price, hired them and supervised their work. All we had to do was to give him our approval for the expenses and transfer the necessary funds. Selling our home from abroad was complex and Fred took care of all the necessary paperwork involved and brought the process to a successful conclusion. Despite the difficult time for everyone, he was always optimistic, relaxed and informative throughout the whole process. He was always accessible and accommodated to the difference in time zone between us. He was always there to solve problems, give advice, hear and adapt himself to our needs and pace and always with a smile. We have worked with other great realtors in the past but never met someone like Fred. We highly recommend him!
