Fred Tregaskis

We can't say enough about the great experience we had with Fred Tregaskis selling our house. Fred had listed and sold a neighbor's house and she was pleased with his work. Soon after, he dropped by our house one afternoon, and we had a casual conversation. He asked how much we wanted to selll our home for, then did a little research and came back and suggested a higher price. He walked us through the Docu-Sign process which was so simple and timesaving! He had several potential buyers and started showing our home immediately. We needed to move out of state, and Fred took care of having our house cleaned for the showings as well as organizing a moving sale for our furniture. We were excited when he had a buyer so soon with the money in our bank account within three weeks!
