We shook hands and, without sounding too glib, he certainly delivered. I cannot say enough to express how much better my selling experience was than the buying experience in the past. The market was in a little bit of a pause when I decided to sell, but even still, Fred was able to garner considerably more attention to my property for potential buyers than I imagined. The crew he hired to take pictures and film the house for marketing was absolutely fantastic, also. I truly cannot give enough professional praise to Fred and his team. One might even say that I actually enjoyed the process, insofar as one enjoys massive financial transactions. Fred is a phenomenal realtor and I honestly consider him a friend. Fred had great communication, we never had a hard time reaching him when we needed an question answered. His time was very flexible when it came to showings. Fred also set realistic expectations as to giving realistic outcomes.
