Fred was excellent. He got us into our dream home and came in right at budget price. He was quick and did all the dirty work for us. Everything was so easy, paperwork was mostly electronic so we did not have to take much time off of work to get things completed. He got our closing date pushed forward and we closed just about 3 weeks after our offer was accepted. I would give him more than 5 stars if that was an option.
