We decided to sell our Orinda home just before the pandemic and shelter-in-place occurred. Frank was very creative in formulating a marketing plan that changed as the restrictions were modified. Meanwhile, we'd been looking for a smaller, single-story place with Frank's help and he found a place in Moraga that we felt was perfect for us but we needed to sell before we could buy...Frank to the rescue! He ultimately negotiated an extended escrow deal with the seller's agents which allowed us to time for the sale of our existing home, finally a full-price contract with an out-of-town buyer who never set foot in the house. Through his efforts in working past many issues on both the sale and purchase, we were successful in closing on both much to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Frank is honest, low-key, resourceful, and creative. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking a realtor in the East Bay Area.

Frank helped my sister and I sell our Mom's house in Lafayette where we grew up in. Frank was helpful and guided us through the listing process, made suggestions on how we could proceed to market the house. Frank worked with us on the decisions we made on marketing the house and enthusiastically marketed the house once a decision was made. Frank supported use through the sale process. We will start by saying that we aren't big fans of real estate agents in general. We've had some bad experiences with so-called "luxury agents" and as a result are very skeptical of the entire home sale / purchase process. As clients, we are the demanding professionals who run our own businesses. Our expectation is that a real estate agent should not be a stay-at-home parent looking to make some occasional "mad-money" but an actual full-time business professional that is capable of negotiating a multi-million transaction (the reality of home prices in the Bay Area). With the above as background, Frank and Tina ("F&T") completely restored our view that having a real estate agent can be a truly value added relationship in selling or buying a home in Lamorinda or Walnut Creek. Moreover, in our opinion the "Agent Team" concept seems to be a big marketing gimmick. However, in the case of F&T, they have complimentary skills (he's a Cal Berkeley Engineer and she's owned her own real estate brokerage firm). Finally, with F&T you're not just working with them but with a deep bench of service providers that they have access to. From home inspections to mortgage relationships, they quickly brought these resources to bear in our complicated home purchase. Bottomline, we strongly recommend Frank and Tina.

We have worked with Frank twice... which probably says a lot right there. He represented us in listing some land during the downturn. Nobody was buying land, but that wasn't his fault. He did all he could and, in retrospect, we probably should have listened to his initial counsel on pricing.<br/><br/>Fortunately, we had a chance to put our trust in Frank again in the sale of our primary residence. To obtain more than asking price in a white-hot market is not too hard. But Frank accomplished this without even listing the property! Ours was a major fixer and we had no desire to try to stage it. Thanks to Frank, we didn't need to. He used his contacts and knowledge of the area to get us top dollar (and then some) in an unbelievably smooth transaction.
