I brought a brand new house from frank, He said it came with a two year warranty. And that the house was Energy Star Rated. When escrow closed, I informed him there were no screens on all ten windows. He said you don't need screens in AZ. There are no bugs in AZ. I also found out my house is not Energy Star certified.
