As a first time home buyer, I can't thank Frank enough for making the process both informative and easy for us! He has a great knowledge of the entire process and helped us every step of the way. During our first meeting with him, he went through all of the basics about purchasing a home and got a feel for what we were looking for. He stayed in contact with us and was very accommodating to our schedule. Frank was also very organized in getting the schedule set up for us to view homes. I was able to learn a lot from him when looking at homes; he was able to point out both positive and negative aspects of the properties that I wouldn't have considered on my own. Being first time home buyers, a hidden skill of Frank's that we valued was that he has flipped/renovated homes before and knows exactly what to look for as far as potential problems, as well as the importance of those issues. He attended every single event from the inspection to the closing table, he even helped with the reinspection which entailed crawling through a crawl space to verify that our requested repairs had been made before closing. As a first time home buyer I started the process with very little knowledge of how the home buying process worked and Frank was indispensable during my home search and negotiating process. Frank is a true professional when it comes to the home buying process. He was always quick to answer any questions which I had, sent out regular updates on new properties and was an overall excellent agent from the start of the process right through closing. Unlike a few other agents I looked at properties with before finding Frank, Frank is not at all pushy when it comes to looking at homes and will make the process of looking at properties both educational for the buyer and non stressful. I stumbled across Frank on another website and asked him to show me one home. I also asked 3 other agents to show me homes they had listed. Frank was the most knowledgeable about the area and what to look for when buying a home. (It has been 20 years since we bought a home.) We had a specific, price range, desired amenities, and moving date in mind. Frank set up a search that emailed us when new homes came on the market. AFter a few weeks, we did not see anything that we were willing to buy, so Frank recommended how to expand our search. We were interested in a "fixer upper", so we looked at several foreclosed homes. Frank pointed out several things that were wrong with each house (besides the need for paint & new carpet) and also explained how the bidding and closing process would work for a foreclosure. Several times, I sent Frank a list of homes that we wanted to see and he always arranged the showings quickly and when we were available. We ended up buying a property that was a little more than we wanted (but our expectations may not have been reasonable), had exactly what we required, and was move-in ready. We were extremely pleased with Frank and would recommend him to anyone!
