We reviewed several different properties, did a couple of walkthroughs, and then ultimately found the house I was able to purchase. The notifications generated by my custom search, off the website, helped to narrow everything down to exactly what I was looking for, and then the real work started once I found “the one”. We got lucky, and were actually able to negotiate a lower price than what was originally listed. Frank made sure to fight hard for certain stipulations to the deal, and I’m glad he made sure to cover my side of the deal. I've used Frank to buy a couple personal homes and a few rentals.
