I've used Frank to buy a couple personal homes and a few rentals. This time around he represented me as I sold the first home I ever bought in Indianapolis (where he previously served as my realtor when I bought it). The best thing about Frank is that he's not out just to make a quick sale and actually offers real feedback and advice about what he thinks of a house, points out issues I don't notice, provides information about the area, etc. I've gone back to him for every transaction because of the trust I have that he always has my best interest at heart and works diligently throughout the process.

Frank was GREAT! He hell into our laps due to some variations of a marriage and some buyers that were looking at a home like ours, and we could not be happier.
