Not only did Frank sell our house in 8 hours, he somehow got three offers over asking price. When we started to look at building or buying, he was there with us every step of the way, like a parent who was looking out for his kids. If I had a question, he had an answer. If he didn't have an answer he got one that day. He doesn't let ANYONE run him or is over end protected us from the BS that a builder was trying to pull over on us.
