Frank has been a great Realtor to work with. He's not afraid to negotiate and he got me an incredible deal on the purchase of my new home. 5% under asking - in this market!!??! Incredible. Also because of Frank's history doing mortgages he was able to explain all the bank paperwork, requirements and communicate directly with the lender. Even when the lender dropped the ball Frank knew how to remedy the situation so efficiently that there was no inturuption in timing. Franks communication and competency really helped me feel comfortable during this stressful life event. I love my new home! Thanks Frank.
