Frank and Tracy were the best real estate agents I have worked with. I first met Frank when I was attempting to sell my home as a FSBO. He was courteous and professional which is more than I could say about most of the agents who toured my home while I had it listed on my own. Even though his buyer did not make an offer on the house at the time, Frank still kept in touch with me, as an agent representing buyers, to see if the house was still available. When I decided FSBO was not for me, Frank was my first call. The process went smoothly and quickly from the beginning. Frank came to the first meeting prepared with recent comps and within 30 mins of talking had an entire game plan mapped out for selling the home. He also brought in his wife Tracy (an agent) who was hands on with the staging of the home and the closing process. Three days later the game plan was accelerated after a similar home in my same neighborhood went up for sale. Even with the acceleration, I had professional paint, pressure washing, roof cleaning, professional pictures, drone shots, real life staging, and virtual staging all done for my listing. I was truly impressed how quickly everything came together. Frank and Tracy spared no expense in the staging and advertising of my home and even followed through on open houses to collect back up offers after I had already accepted one. Being under contract with Frank and Tracy was just as smooth as listing with them. They coordinated everything for me, including the repairs the buyer requested after home inspection. In the end we sold our home in 2 days for over asking. I highly recommend Frank and Tracy to any busy person like me or out of state seller who needs an agent to see all things through from end to end.
