I thought that selling my property remotely can be next to impossible, since I didn't know where to start or what the process was, but Frank proved me wrong, from the moment we first spoke over the phone. He was knowledgeable and answer my questions without hesitation. After he walked me through the process, he took charge of the situation and he got me an offer within four weeks, even though my property was a hard sale, due to location. He is consistent, always provides solid options. He made sure that I was always up to date and took care of all the paperwork, through out the negotiation phase, he provided good advice, which resulted in a great deal for me. Frank and Tracy recently sold my home after using another well known broker who listed my home initially and did little to no marketing besides the MLS. I decided to list it for sale by owner and used Zillow and Facebook when I got a call from Frank who had a prospective buyer and met me to do a virtual tour. Just before Frank was about to leave he asked me why I decided to sell it myself and I told him about my terrible experience with the first broker who never kept me informed or offered any suggestions to sell my home..I had to strongly request an open house any the two we had were not marketed and were done to appease me, needless to say I parted ways with that broker. I signed immediately and really got to experience what true real estate professionals could do to actively promote my home. Frank and Tracy had professional photographs, virtual staging and a stunning market campaign. Frank canvassed my entire subdivision and knocked on all the doors to promote our first open house. This man works hard and does not slack when he represents his clients. It was so refreshing to work with true professionals that stayed in constant contact with updates and collaborated with us on many decisions. This was the best experience I have had with any brokerage. Frank and Tracy saw us through our closing and were true partners that let my wife and I not worry a bit about our home because we knew we had made a great decision to use them as our brokers. Frank would always contact me first to get my input prior to advertising selling techniques to the public. He was so knowledgeable in coming up with suggestions that I would have never considered. Both he and Marcy had exceptional techniques in how to stage the house, turning a nice house into a very warm, welcoming house. He always thoroughly explained each document prior to the signing process always listening to my concerns and suggestions. The negotiation process was always to my advantage yet discussing points that I may want to consider that would help sale the house in a reasonable timeframe. He exhibited a friendly, smiling personality that I know not only impressed me, but the prospective buyer as well.

When Frank says your family, he means it! We bought our first home with him and had a great experience. We certainly didn’t know everything about the home buying process when we met him. He walked us through it step by step and was very patient. We looked at different properties on and off for about 4 or 5 months he was never pushy or stressed us over anything. He really wants the best for you and looked out for us every step of the way. When it came time for us to pull the trigger he was on top of everything and connected us with great lenders, law firms, and inspectors to choose from. We took his suggestions on most of them and they worked out great. He was responsive anytime we needed him and showed up on time to the inspections and closing. When it came time to close the previous owners left the house pretty dirty and my wife is away for work until March, so it’s just me to move the whole house and clear out the last place. Even though I told him I didn’t mind the mess multiple times he hired a cleaning company to take care of it for me. Kindness I will never forget! We are extremely blessed to have had Frank as our realtor!
