Frank and Tracy were amazing start to finish! My wife and I were first time sellers and very nervous about the entire process. From the start Frank came to our house very prepared with the data about our house and other comps, much more prepared than other realtors who came looking to work with us. He allowed us to be apart of the process in determining our house value while providing the data driven facts to keep our expectations rooted in reality. Following the initial meeting with Frank we knew that we wanted to work with him. They also made the paperwork side seamless utilizing docusign. Both Frank and Tracy started a group chat allowing us to ask any questions as they came up and were willing to come help check our house for set-ups, showings, and open houses. Additionally, they use an automated system for showings and worked with us and the other agents to ensure the showings were at times that actually worked with us, this was very important considering most of the process was done with one parent and two kids at home with two dogs. When I came to offers Frank and Tracy were forward with the details of the offer and what they felt was reasonable or unreasonable with the offers. They listened to our concerns and explained what we could respond back to potential buyers with. They also never communicated our intentions without us signing off on the communication, while keeping us realistic on what we could respond with. Finally, when we received an offer we were comfortable with Frank and Tracy walked us through the inspection processes and helped us get prepared for sale. This included information, answers to our questions, and help in identifying people to fix issues during sue diligence. Moreover while moving Frank helped us with planning, moving our household goods and cleaning / removing things that were left behind in the final inspection. During the entire process we truly felt that Frank and Tracy cared for our needs and treated us like family.

Frank was great to work with during the sale of our home. He held an open house and made sure that the house was kept clean and contact info for each visitor was collected for security purposes. He’s an excellent communicator and helped us make informed decisions. Highly recommend.

Frank is truly an advocate. He helped us research so many homes until we found the perfect one. He is patient and sincerely wants to do right by his clients. I would recommend Frank to anyone but most definitely to those who want help navigating the home buying process and don’t know where to start. Frank will take care of you and make sure you’re getting a good deal in the short-term and a long-term. Frank is the best. He is s great communicator and made us feel very informed throughout the entire transaction process. I thought that selling my property remotely can be next to impossible, since I didn't know where to start or what the process was, but Frank proved me wrong, from the moment we first spoke over the phone. He was knowledgeable and answer my questions without hesitation. After he walked me through the process, he took charge of the situation and he got me an offer within four weeks, even though my property was a hard sale, due to location. He is consistent, always provides solid options. Frank and Tracy recently sold my home after using another well known broker who listed my home initially and did little to no marketing besides the MLS. I decided to list it for sale by owner and used Zillow and Facebook when I got a call from Frank who had a prospective buyer and met me to do a virtual tour.
