I am a first time home buyer and I'm beyond impressed with the entire home buying process. Frank and Tracy went above and beyond in every aspect. Home Search and Showings: Links were established with my desired housing criteria and area I was interested in buying. Additionally, a Google Drive specifically for me was established for Frank to provide information on prospective homes and the required forms to get started. Once I found homes of interest, a deep dive was conducted and a lot of information was provided to me. For example, I was able to view historical photos of the homes and read through HOA guidelines prior to the viewing. On days of showings, Frank provided packets on all the homes and scheduled the showings in a manner that optimized time based on proximity and area. His knowledge of what to look for during viewing gave me a great understanding of what to look for and how to weigh the options of potential. Placing offer and Due Diligence: Once I selected a home, Frank and Tracy drafted the offer very quickly and submitted it to the listing agent immediately following me singing the required documentation. During the due diligence, they had an abundance of professionals available for selection for home inspection, septic inspection and pumping, termite inspection, and A/C service providers. They remained super communicative throughout the process and immediately informed me of all new information. Closing: Frank and Tracy went above and beyond to ensure I closed on time. The professionalism and knowledge created a stress free process that ensured my needs were met and I was never left uninformed. When problems arose, they always had a solution and was quick to provide multiple options for me to make a decision. Overall: I am beyond satisfied with the hard work Frank and Tracy placed into ensuring I found the perfect home and reduce the amount of stress throughout the process. They will be the first call I make if I ever buy another home.

Frank and Tracy want above and beyond what is expected of an agent team. They keep in constant communication with us during the buying process. They communicated with our lender, taking some of the burden off of us. Their knowledge of the market in our area helped us fine the right house in a short time. Knowing the area also helped in finding the experts needed for inspections of specialty items in the home as well. If we move again we will definitely utilize this team again.
