Working the entire process remotely, Frank did outstanding job of using technology to bring the process to me as though I was physically on location. Frank did not miss a beat and thus my punch list on a new build was very minimal. Even through hurricane Ian, he provided updates on the conditions of the neighborhood and my house. Frank diligently worked with Inspector to ensure the house meet the criteria as outlined in the contract. Franked attended closing and actively participated in the closing to ensure I was protected and provided all the correct information and paperwork. It truly was the easiest real estate transaction I have been through. Even after closing, Frank has followed up and continues to help me navigate the punch list process!!!
