Frank McManus is a true professional! I contacted him years before I actually put my home on the market, as I had several large repairs and renovations that needed to be completed before I got to the point of selling my home. Frank provided exceptional guidance regarding what areas I needed to focus on that would result in the most bang for my buck. I concentrated on the roof, kitchen, windows, and home operating systems, HVAC and water heater, etc. He was more than patient as he walked me through the most cost-effective steps to ensure my home was in the best shape it could be once it listed. The years of preparation and planning paid off immediately, as my home sold very quickly. While I understand some people may not have the luxury of planning a home sale years ahead of time, for my particular situation, that is what worked best as I had to carefully plan for each update, which took time and money. Frank was understanding and caring every step of the way. My move not only involved selling a home I'd lived in for decades but also relocating to another state. Frank recognized the heavy amount of stress involved and was empathetic to the many balls I was juggling as I balanced home repairs as well as logistics of lining up a new place to live in my new state. This was my first experience selling a home and I could not have asked for a more competent and compassionate Indvidual to guide me. I will always be grateful to Frank!
