Honestly, this is the 10th real estate transaction I’ve been through. So I’ve become pretty familiar with the standard snags. I expected delays and challenges along the way. This transaction... lucky number 10 had none! Frank was transparent and open throughout the entire process. He never made me “figure it out”. From recommendations on mortgage company, insurance agents, and inspectors for everything. Frank always had an answer and his referrals always had the best deals! I did some shopping around and came back to the referral. He coordinated all of these moving parts and for the first time ever, we closed at the exact planned time!
