Frank came as a recommendation from my Financial Adviser and a work colleague of mine. He was wonderful to work with and was quite helpful in the process. He was responsive and proactive in engaging us and the other agents throughout the process. Being that we were in an area not typical of his working area, he was quite accommodating in coming with us to the San Fernando Valley area for several weekends. When viewing a property, his style is to allow you, the buyer, the opportunity to comfortably go through the property on your own accord. This allows ample time to review, review, and review. Once you've established yourself with the property and have your questions, then he quickly works to get you the answers from the seller agents or the property management. During the closing, he was proactive in meeting deadlines, focusing on areas that required review, and getting things done.
