Frank approached my family with good professionalism and had great communication. However, I would not highly recommend his services if you're considering selling while traveling. We felt he was requiring too much maintenance to put our home on the market. For example, pressure washing our fence. It took him over a month to get an offer on our beautiful home. Once we were under contract, he was advising us to contribute 10k to sellers for unnecessary "repairs". We felt this was unreasonable. Lastly, he does not accept wire or online payments.
