Frank approached my family with good professionalism and had great communication. However, I would not highly recommend his services if you're considering selling while traveling. We felt he was requiring too much maintenance to put our home on the market. For example, pressure washing our fence. It took him over a month to get an offer on our beautiful home. Once we were under contract, he was advising us to contribute 10k to sellers for unnecessary "repairs". We felt this was unreasonable. Lastly, he does not accept wire or online payments.

Frank is very helpful and honest throughout the entire process both ways. We are a military family which means we move every 3-4 years. It's been a pleasure working with Frank each time. He made it easy and we had some laughs along the way.

Frank made our buying experience worry free. He gave us sound advice and was always available to answer our questions and give us assistance when needed. He guided us through the properties and pointed out pluses and minuses of all the homes. He was very professional and kind. Working with him was a joy.

Frank is very good at his job. He was always a call or text away. No mater what time or how many questions I had he would always answer them. And if he didn’t know the always right away he would get the answer and reach asap. I would most definitely work with him again.
