Frank Claiborne

It has been quite sometime since I have sold any property. With that said so much has changed. I was very fortunate to have had Frank Claiborne as my Agent to guide me through it all. So much “ lingo” I did not understand. He was always there to answer any and all questions that I had. In addition if there was any “glitches” he was right there to help and explain. His communication skills were excellent! My experience with Frank representing me in my Real Estate transaction could not have been better... so smooth and fast.... I couldn’t have had a better Agent..I will always recommend him...he’s the BEST!!

Frank did a great job. His marketing efforts, market knowledge and his communication with buyers and there agents is what led to multiple offers and a successful sale. Will definitely continue to use Frank as our “go to” realtor.
