I cannot express how highly I recommend Frank. Bottom line he will get more money for your house than any other realtor could possibly get! He has helped me and my family sell 2 houses so far and I would sell more with him in the future hands down! He is like a chameleon, changing tactics with the market and even each individual neighborhood to maximize profits. He thinks 5 steps ahead, thinking out possible negotiation scenarios b4 they even occur. On top of it, he is charming and charismatic, an absolute delight to work with (even when certain family members are not.) He will go above and beyond for you, to make sure you are comfortable and happy. He also will plainly tell you how he sees any situation and what it could mean to you. I could go on and on but bottom line, anyone who gets Frank as their realtor is lucky!
