About Frank

A lifetime native of Bergen County, Frank Cascio grew up in Hillsdale and attended Pascack Valley High school where he was a decorated athlete and participated in numerous school clubs. From an early age, Frank loved to go out of his way to help people and it was because of this, that he realized real estate was a career path that he wanted to pursue. Frank is devoted to offering his clients the same service that he would expect, which is filled with honesty, respect and putting his customers interests first. Before his professional career, he was a collegiate baseball player where he built his foundation for dealing with failure and adversity. Once accepting that failure is inevitable, Frank quickly understood that there is no obstacle that he can’t handle. “If there is a will, there is a way.” Prior to real estate, Frank was an operations manager for his family run landscape contracting business. It was here where he learned the gravity of time management skills, exceptional customer service and sales. His father stressed to him the importance of client relationships and to always treat people the way you want to be treated. When he is not working, Frank enjoys physical fitness, golfing, cooking, trying new restaurants, and most importantly, quality time with friends and family.
