I had nothing less than a pleasurable experience working with Frank. When I initially decided to sell my first home, I felt overwhelmed and was very uncertain about the whole process. Frank listed and sold a home for my parents. Without getting into too much detail, Frank masterfully guided them through a very stressful process. Let it suffice to say that he has the patience of a saint. He was very honest and held out to get the full value of this home, which I believe took great negotiation skills. He spent an extraordinary amount of time on this sale, and this included time spent with my parents that would not normally be expected from a real estate professional.
