Not only did she secure multiple bids for my home (during a buyers market!), but she remained extremely present and available during the entire transaction and negotiated an excellent price and terms for my home. The most striking part of the entire transaction is that, unlike most agents, Francies job did not end the day she received her check. She continues to not only be helpful to my family but to the buyers who purchased my home and they weren't even her clients.
