After dealing with two or three unresponsive realtors, we stumbled upon Frances Chiu. Frances made it her mission to help us find a home in Dutchess County. She worked within our budget, without any pressure to us to find a more expensive house. She knows the area incredibly well and helped us find exactly what we were looking for--a small house near a creek. Once we found the house, she made sure we were able to line up the bank for a mortgage, a lawyer for all the legal work, a home inspector, a septic tank inspector, gas, oil, everything. As a first-time home buyer, there is no way I could have done it without her--I could not have asked for a better person to help me find a home and make sure I get it.
