Frances helped me buy a house in Red Hook. I'd bought two condos in the past and this was my first time buying a house. She was very responsive and very organized by email including sending concise reminder emails with next steps. I was very impressed how she was able to uncover some information that helped me with setting my bidding price and would not have found on my own.
