Frances helped me buy a house in Red Hook. I'd bought two condos in the past and this was my first time buying a house. She was very responsive and very organized by email including sending concise reminder emails with next steps. I was very impressed how she was able to uncover some information that helped me with setting my bidding price and would not have found on my own. She was also able to help in other ways by providing lists of recommendations to local services like inspectors, contractors, lawyer, insurance providers. After dealing with two or three unresponsive realtors, we stumbled upon Frances Chiu. Frances made it her mission to help us find a home in Dutchess County. She worked within our budget, without any pressure to us to find a more expensive house.
