Frances Allegra

I met Frances many years ago when I first moved to Arlington and was looking for an apartment to rent. She helped me decide which area was best for my family's needs. A few years later, in 2012, she represented us as we navigated the difficult terrain of buying a home in Arlington. I truly don't think we would have been successful in buying our home without her guidance and expertise. She acted decisively with our best interests at heart. We were fortunate to have Frances represent us again this year, 2022, as we placed our beloved home on the market. Frances worked with us very closely as we considered the best price and timing of our sale. Things couldn't have moved more swiftly or smoothly. I moved abroad mid-way through the process but I knew that Frances would take care of things on my behalf, and she did. She worked closely with our attorney and also the buyer's agent to ensure that the details of our sales agreement were correct and completed in a timely manner. If you have yet to select a buyer/seller representative, my suggestion is to think very carefully about that decision if you plan to buy/sell in the greater Boston area. It is a tough market and you need someone you feel will represent you each step of the way, as though you were a member of their immediate family. Frances is that person.
