Great knowledge of Toms River, professional no pressure / pushing, we were very happy throughout from contract to closing. Thanks for all your help Joseph j Hecht
We were so fortunate to have found Fraidy and Buky we moved to Toms Tiver. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from NY to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Buky was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.
Very patient and dedicated throughout our real estate process. From the beginning until even after closing extremely helpful. Was a pleasure to deal with. Quick response rate to all our questions.Thank you for finding us the perfect home! Would definitely recommend!
Fraidy is without the most caring, knowledgeable, dependable and result driven realtor you can have on your team!!! She was outstanding sold our house in about a month time.
Most amazing realtor out there. So patient and understanding. She caught onto exactly what we were lookin for and worked with us. Truly a pleasure working with Fraidy!!
