Fraidy Kaluszyner provided an exceptional service during our home buying process in Toms River, New Jersey. Despite us traveling from a nearby state, she was accommodating and ensured the showings were scheduled at our convenience. What stood out was her effort to ensure we fully understood the process and what we were stepping into. Highly recommend her services!

Working with Fraidy has been a pleasure from start to finish. The market we were in was competitive with low inventory. Fraidy helped guide us through making smart and financially wise decisions throughout the process and helped us find our dream home and close on time. Fraidy guided us through every step of the home-buying process. We were unfamiliar with the area and her knowledge, caring, and professionalism was invaluable. Fraidy's advice was always on target, and she continued to help with contacts and information, even after the sale went through. With her help, we found the perfect house and couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you Fraidy!

Fraidy was absolutely phenomenal!! We had started using her right after Covid and the housing market was a disaster.. She stuck with us for over a year until we found our dream home and then navigated the entire negotiation process like a master. We are so forever grateful to her and the K team and highly recommend her to all our friends!
