This entrepreneurial spirit led him to various ventures: managing residential rentals, spearheading large commercial properties and projects, launching local retail stores, diving into property development, and helming construction companies.
2009 marked a significant milestone for Forrest as he became an officially licensed real estate professional. His association with RE/MAX Advantage, starting in 2016, further amplified his influence in the sector. This affiliation bore fruit as Forrest and his team consistently topped charts, with an exceptional feat of being the number 1 team for closed transactions for four consecutive years.
