I can't speak highly enough of Forrest's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. We have been looking for a perfect spot for years and Forrest spent countless weekends trudging out to distant locales for us since we were in another state. To say he served us well is an understatement. When we were under contract he offered sound advices, was always available to talk, and got the deal across the finish line. Our transaction became complicated towards the end...think old property, boundary issues, you name it, and he helped us navigate all of that. Highly recommend using him for anyone looking for a true professional!
