Fonda was amazing at explaining the entire process to me upfront. Letting me know everything what to expect on the way to new homeownership. She was able to show me if you houses and finally found the one that really hit home. After being told three times this house is under contract and fell through with other realtors she was able to get me in to look at the house put an offer in on it and close the deal quickly and successfully to everybody satisfaction. She made closing on the house quick easy and fun. And I got the keys to my dream house and I’m happier now than ever. Thanks for staying on it and making my dream come true. Fonda is an excellent real estate professional. When my husband and I found out that we would be relocating to St Petersburg from Utah, we had only three weeks to prepare. Fonda stepped up to the challenge of finding us a home in a very short time, based on descriptions of who we are, our budget, and our style. Within a week, she found the PERFECT home for us, in the PERFECT neighborhood for us, and conveniently located for my husband's work, city life, and the beaches.
