That included setting up and being at our home to meet the carpet cleaning company, repair men, etc. As far as being knowledgeable about the area and local and state taxes and laws she was beyond helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. When I started my home buying journey Fonda was ecstatic for me and my big leap she was willing to be by my side every step of the journey. Within minutes of seeing the house i knew this is where i wanted to be. Fonda spent days going back and forth with the sellers to find the right price for me and one that made sense to the sellers, we were finally able to come to an agreement. I felt that only through her optimism and drive and relentless pursuit to my goals were we able to get the house of my dreams. later that year i was able to spend christmas in that home, what a feeling!
