Fleming helped the tenant with this property

Fleming Trainor helped us find our forever home...

Fleming Trainor helped us find our forever home! She also helped us sell our old home. Thanks to her, both transactions were quick and seamless and I enthusiastically recommend Fleming. For our new home, Fleming negotiated a great deal for us and introduced us to a financing team that had incredibly creative financing ideas. This was our dream home, and Fleming made sure we got it. Fleming and her team made sure every T was dotted and I was crossed. They were amazing. Similarly, with respect to the sale of our old home, Fleming staged our home beautifully, put together an amazing video tour of our home, and used social media to help get the word out. Despite the fact that we were selling during a pandemic (fall 2020) we had a great offer within a short time. One hitch that she fixed - the appraiser for the buyer undervalued the home -- causing a potentially fatal problem with the sale -- but without skipping a beat, Fleming addressed the issue and the buyers got a new appraisal a week later. We closed in three weeks. All I can say is THANK YOU TRAINOR TEAM!
