Similarly, with respect to the sale of our old home, Fleming staged our home beautifully, put together an amazing video tour of our home, and used social media to help get the word out. Despite the fact that we were selling during a pandemic (fall 2020) we had a great offer within a short time. One hitch that she fixed - the appraiser for the buyer undervalued the home -- causing a potentially fatal problem with the sale -- but without skipping a beat, Fleming addressed the issue and the buyers got a new appraisal a week later. And when I received so many offers for the property, she worked hard to pare them down to the two best ones.
