Fiona was a pleasure to work with! We were selling a condo from out of state and Fiona handled so many logistics for us that we were unable to attend to. She made the process seamless -- from putting the condo on the market while it was currently tenant occupied all the way through to last minute paperwork hand delivered on the day of the closing. This is our second time working with Fiona and we plan to work with her for all of our future real estate needs. We cannot recommend her enough!

Being that we were first time home buyers, we really had no idea what this whole process looked like. We searched for a home last year with a different agent and were unhappy with the home buying process... Then we found Fiona, and she changed everything for us. It was very nice to have her help us along the way from step A-Z. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a very timely manner. Fiona made the whole process very easy and kept us up to date with next steps and what to do. It sounds a little cliche, but she was truly remarkable. No stone was left unturned. We’ve closed on the house, and she’s still helping us!! I would highly recommend Fiona and will certainly use her in the future for any other home purchasing/selling!
