After looking at our property, Finn created a marketing strategy. He created a 3D image with a drone he operates, took nice pictures, and wrote a great description of the house. He knew exactly how he was going to sell our home. At first I wasn't sure if his strategy would work but decided to leave him alone. I wanted to raise the price of the house but he felt we would get more people looking at it at a lower price. As soon as he put the house on the market we started to get a bidding war. We sold the house in about 3 weeks. We got the best price of all the similar houses in the area. Also, Finn managed the tasks we couldn’t take care of since we had already moved out of the house and were no longer in the state. He handled everything — like getting it painted and throwing out some of the things we ended up leaving at the house. He made it so easy for us. The other best thing about Finn is that he’s an honest and kind person. I would recommend him to anybody that wants to sell or buy a home. He also made great suggestions about things that I didn’t even think about when I was looking for a house in a completely different state. He is a great consultant and took great care of us.
