Excellent Agent!

Ferris was amazing. She was incredibly helpful at every step of the way. And there were quite a few steps. We started our home search not being in the area. We sent homes to her we were interested in. Unlike some who may have just looked up a listing and gave some info. Ferris went above and beyond. She drove to each property and recorded video walk throughs of each so we could see the properties. When we finally settled on "the one" she helped us through all of the steps and made things very smooth. Without Ferris and her expertise, I don't think our purchase would have gone through. She not only took the time to explain everything to us and keep us informed, she helped the selling agent through things she was unfamiliar with. She ensured a fair sale of the property and even saved us some money in the process. This is the third home my wife and I have bought and Ferris by far is the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We now own what we hope to be our forever home, checking all the boxes for us, and we owe it all to Ferris. I cannot say enough good things about her. We were truly blessed to meet her and are thankful for everything.
