Three years ago she was our buyers agent during our move from Alabama. Organized, prompt, patient and efficient while looking at nearly 20 homes over a weekend. Now as our sellers agent, she proved to be thorough, diligent and committed through the finish line. She even helped us find our rental before closing during the holidays. We have recommended Ferris to several people and we’re extremely blessed and thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

We had a great experience working with Ferris! She was always incredibly flexible and willing to show us any homes we were interested in, even with our very inflexible schedules and last minute requests. She stayed in regular contact with us throughout the process and was attentive and responsive whenever questions came up. She also has a great eye for detail; she'd consistently pointed out potential issues with homes and helped us get questions answered by sellers, which gave us a lot of confidence during showings. Even during a very difficult personal time for her, she continued to support us professionally and never let anything fall through the cracks. We truly appreciated her dedication, communication, and care throughout our home-buying journey.

Mrs. Ferris was very present during our search for a house, she gave her professional opinion when asked and guided my family to the home it's in now (not without a few bumps in the road that she helped navigate) I'd recommend her time and time again. She's sweet, punctual and kinda funny. 10/10

To say that this was my best experience ever with a real estate agent is putting this too lightly. This was an incredibly hard and difficult process to go through but it was possible only with the support of Ferris. She went above and beyond. Any help I needed, any questions I had. She had answers or got them for me. I would recommend her for buying and selling. She is a true professional. And in a world where customer service isn't spoken about anymore. Ferris was great to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and catered to my needs. From the beginning to the end, she was a constant professional who still showed true care and concern. The selling process was terrifying due to the economy that we're in. With that being said, she helped keep me calm and focused through the rough patches. I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family.

Ferris was amazing. She was incredibly helpful at every step of the way. And there were quite a few steps. We started our home search not being in the area. We sent homes to her we were interested in. Unlike some who may have just looked up a listing and gave some info. Ferris went above and beyond. She drove to each property and recorded video walk throughs of each so we could see the properties. When we finally settled on "the one" she helped us through all of the steps and made things very smooth. Without Ferris and her expertise, I don't think our purchase would have gone through. She not only took the time to explain everything to us and keep us informed, she helped the selling agent through things she was unfamiliar with. She ensured a fair sale of the property and even saved us some money in the process. This is the third home my wife and I have bought and Ferris by far is the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We now own what we hope to be our forever home, checking all the boxes for us, and we owe it all to Ferris. I cannot say enough good things about her. We were truly blessed to meet her and are thankful for everything.
