Felix knows the market and what will sell a house. I used Felix the first time when I was buying a home and he helped me find the perfect one. I called him again when it was time to upgrade to a new home. He told me what to do to interest buyers. The upgrades and pricing he suggested were spot on. Felix posted the listing and held the open house. Wow, I had two offers the day of the open house. My home sold in less than a week.
When I wanted to sell my home to my friend's son, Felix was willing to do that however he did also let me know it was worth more money even though it needed repairs. So rather than just let it go for less money and have Felix double end the home and the comission, Felix said we should at least try to get more for it and boy was he right.
